From my observation, this company works with another company that does shady practices. What the agents tell you over the phone is no where in the contracts, and they don’t like having anything in writing. Richard attempted to get me to sign a contract to sell the house $200,000 below market value. Again this is my observation and formal complaints have been reported to the proper authorities for investigation into this matter.
